  • Yards over 10 miles from by bases in North Plymouth or Tiverton may incur an additional mileage charge to their physiotherapy rate.

    This will be discussed with you prior to your horse’s treatment session.

Important Information

Vet Consent

Prior to a Veterinary Physiotherapy consultation for a specific condition you must obtain consent from your vet for your horse to receive physiotherapy treatment.

All you need to do is download the form below, fill in the section for owners and then email it to your horse’s vet for them to complete their section.

You can then either email the completed form to equivp@gmail.com or bring a printed copy to the physiotherapy appointment.

Please ensure that you also complete this form prior to the initial assessment Veterinary Physiotherapy appointment to ensure the Veterinary Physiotherapist is up to date with your horse's clinical history and to give your consent for the Physiotherapist to assess and treat your horse.
